Come cook in France at Le Moulin Bregeon! This hands-on cooking and baking program was inaugurated almost 20 years ago by the owners of Le Moulin Bregeon and Chef Kathryn Gordon. In situ, the program is very reasonably priced on a per night, all inclusive cost basis compared to many international cooking programs: $3,650 for 8 nights.

Culinary Director: Chef Kathryn Gordon
Kathryn Gordon is a Chef Instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York and author of 2 cookbooks. She has organized hands-on cuisine courses in the western Loire Valley between Saumur and Angers since 2000. The classes are hosted by design-award winning country-lux hotel, Le Moulin Bregeon. The owners of Le Moulin Bregeon and Chef Kathryn also work together to design private cooking classes, wine tastings and visits to the region's renowned chateaux throughout the year. Kathryn leads an annual course through ICE at Le Moulin Bregeon, and is working on the cookbook for Le Moulin Bregeon — available worldwide on Amazon fall 2019.
