In situ, the program is very reasonably priced on a per night, all inclusive cost basis compared to many international cooking programs: $3800 for 8 nights.

Kathryn Gordon is a Chef Instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York and author of 3 cookbooks. She has organized hands-on cuisine courses in the western Loire Valley between Saumur and Angers since 2000. The classes are hosted by design-award winning country-lux hotel, Le Moulin Bregeon. The owners of Le Moulin Bregeon and Chef Kathryn also work together to design private cooking classes, wine tastings and visits to the region's renowned chateaux throughout the year. Kathryn also helps design custom cooking classes throughout the year at Le Moulin Bregeon.
