Chef Kathryn Gordon

Kathryn Gordon is a Chef Instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, and has led an annual, hands-on cuisine course in the western Loire Valley between Saumur and Angers since 2002.  Classes are hosted by design-award winning country-lux hotel, Le Moulin Bregeon.  The owners of Le Moulin Bregeon and Chef Kathryn also work together to design private cooking classes, wine tastings and visits to the region's renowned chateaux.
